 How can I subscribe to Bundle Club?
To begin your Bundle Club subscription, simply order online through our site, or email us at bundle-club@blume-haus.com. You can also call us at 210-865-9239.
Can I order a Bundle Club subscription if I live outside of the San Antonio or Boerne areas?
At this time, we deliver our fresh floral arrangements to the San Antonio and Boerne areas only.  You are more than welcome to order a subscription as a gift for someone who lives within our delivery zone. 
What is your delivery zone and cost?
We deliver to the San Antonio and Boerne areas. Delivery costs depend on how far the destination is from our location (IH-10 and Ralph Fair Road area).  For questions about deliveries, please email us at orders@bundle-club.com. How long will it take before I receive my first Bundle Club arrangement?
We typically require 24 hours notice to design your arrangement. During high volume times such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, we require one-week in-advance orders. At this time we cannot service same day deliveries. 
How long will my flowers last?

With the proper care, a Bundle Club arrangement can last up to 10 days. This is much longer than a traditional bouquet because of our proprietary method of handling and arranging the roses.

How do I extend the life of my fresh flowers?
Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources. Spritz lightly with water every couple of days. Peel off outer petals that are beginning to dry. Once you are done enjoying your box of flowers, toss the entire contents of the box into the trash, and you can reuse and re-purpose your box.
