Q:  What happens if I purchase a live workshop seat, but can't make it?

Because each seat and set of materials is prepared specifically for our registered guests, all workshop reservations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may:

• Transfer your ticket to a friend to enjoy in your place — just let us know their name at least 24 hours in advance, or

• Pick up your arrangement the next day. We'll make the arrangement for you so you can still enjoy your beautiful flowers! (Please be aware that we might have different hours if its around a Holiday.)

In the rare case that Blume Haus must cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, all guests will receive a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.
