Refund policy

Bundle Club guarantees that our fresh flower arrangement will stay fresh for seven (7) days after delivery, and if not, Bundle Club will gladly replace and deliver an equivalent floral or plant arrangement as soon as practical.

Products that arrive damaged will be replaced as soon as possible by a new one. If you receive a damaged product please send us a photo at our email bundle-club@blume-haus.com, indicating your name and order number.

For late arrivals due to inclement weather or freezing temperatures, Bundle Club may provide a replacement flower bouquet on a case by case basis. Please contact us at our email bundle-club@blume-haus.com.
